How To Use
For warm relief: Soak pads in hot water (below 50℃) for 5-10 minutes and gently place them over your eyes.
For cold relief: Place the pads in the fridge for at least one hour before first use (0℃ to 4℃). Lie down and gently place the pads over your eyes. The pads can be stored in the fridge
If necessary, after use, clean with soap & water.
