A true power couple, Craig and Liuba’s perseverance is what’s driven their success for the past 6 years. As they emphasise, it’s essential to believe in your abilities: "Success in this business comes from dedication, resilience, and passion. Don’t let doubts hold you back; instead, use them as fuel to propel yourself forward."
Blast from the past: "My first happy place with Oriflame was in Dubai when they lit up the Burj Khalifa,” Liuba reminisces. “It’s a company that just changes your life. And I know there’s so much to come.”

Anna Peska-Formela (Gold Executive Director)
Małgorzata Formela (Senior Manager) – Poland
A mother-daughter duo living the dream, Anna and Małgorzata have been with Oriflame for 32 and 12 years, respectively. Their journey reflects the power of taking small steps toward success: "If you take just one tiny step forward every day, in a year you will be somewhere completely different, and in 5 years, you could be anywhere."
Blast from the past: Anna reflects on meeting her husband through the company: "I enjoy my current lifestyle thanks to Oriflame.” Małgorzata adds, “Every day I can plan for myself, and I don’t have to choose between work and time with my family because we work together, and we can combine it."

On reaching your happy place: "Something I’ve learned about myself is that I can make important decisions very fast, based on my intuition, and that nothing is impossible for me. The only limitations are the ones we create for ourselves," says Anna.
Nurten Saritas (Senior Diamond Director) – Turkey
Nurten has been a pillar of consistent and reliable leadership for 16 years with Oriflame. Her journey is one of continuous joy and personal discovery, as she shares: "From the moment I joined Oriflame, I have experienced real happiness. It’s truly a place of self-discovery, and I’m still discovering and improving myself."
Blast from the past: “When I became an Executive, I was picked up from my home by limo and we had a wonderful celebration. It was like a dream being on stage and that feeling stayed with me for days."

With more than 15 years at Oriflame under her belt, Iryna embodies emotional resilience and ambition. She firmly believes that this business is for everyone: "It doesn’t matter who you are, where you’re from, or how old you are. As long as you work hard and strive for it, you will succeed."
Blast from the past: As the emotional person she describes herself to be, she notes, "One of the most important things for me is the rush I feel when I see the opportunity to reach out and try something new."

On reaching your happy place: The most important lesson for Iryna has been never giving up. “Business is like sport – if you want to be an Olympic champion, you need to understand that there will be challenges. The most important thing is to give yourself the chance to be successful.”
Anggi Tri Widianingsih (Diamond Director) – Indonesia
A real dream chaser, Anggi has been turning dreams into reality at Oriflame for 15 years. She emphasises how, for her, success is a product of hard work and consistency.
Blast from the past: "I found my happy place in Oriflame because a lot of my dreams have been achieved here." Anggi continues to aim high, setting her next goal to become an Executive Director: "Now I’m aiming to become an Executive Director and travel the world with my family."
