Wellosophy Prebiotic Fibre Drink contains dietary fibre from 6 natural vegetable sources – chicory, sugar beet, spinach, green bell pepper, broccoli and kale. 
 
The product contains prebiotic fibre from chicory (inulin) and sugar beet (FOS). Inulin and FOS (fructooligosaccharides) are two of the best researched prebiotic fibres – and the most cited in health studies. These are soluble fibres that specifically stimulate the growth of healthy bifidobacteria in the intestine, improve mineral absorption and decrease cholesterol levels. They can be found naturally in fruits like banana and vegetables like onion, chicory, garlic, asparagus and artichoke (Gibson et al., 2010).
