The deadline for all orders to be placed online is 24.00 hrs (midnight) the day before a scheduled dispatch day. Any orders placed after that time will not be included until the next dispatch day.
Highlands and Islands, as well as remote locations may have an additional day or two added to the normal delivery schedule on occasion. Bank Holidays and National Holidays may result in changes to the published delivery schedule as detailed above.
