How can I return a product?
If you wish to return something from your order, please use our Online Claims Tool. Log into Mobile Office, click the Order tab and select Claims from the menu on the left. Select your invoice containing the item/s you wish to return lodge your return.
Alternatively you can contact Customer Care to assist you with returns.
How can I access Mobile Office?
Once you have registered and activated your account, you will be sent an email with your Brand Partner number, registered email address and password.
Then, using that information, click on the 'Sign In' icon in the top right of the website. Fill in your log in details and you will be taken to Mobile Office.
How can I order Oriflame products?
Our products are sold through a global network of independent Brand Partners. You can order products in two different ways:
Become a VIP Customer
Becoming an Oriflame VIP Customer is free and gives you access to lots of exclusive benefits, such as free delivery with orders over £45 and access to the Beauty Rewards Shop. To become an Oriflame VIP, get ready to place an order and go through the check-out process on the Oriflame website. You will be asked to submit a password and this will create an VIP Customer account.
Become a Brand Partner
You’re passionate about beauty and enjoy sharing beauty tips and trends with friends. Maybe you’re interested in making extra money and are looking for a chance to combine this with your interest in beauty? You sound like our kind of person, so join us as a Brand Partner! It’s easy to get started. We’ll set you up with your own online store where you can promote, share and sell our high-quality beauty products, including our clinically proven, premium skin care routines*, developed in Sweden.

Where can I find information on my Order History and Subscriptions?
In the Order Tab on Mobile Office, you will find links to your Order History, Subscriptions and Out of Stock products.
Your Order information is also conveniently summarised for you with the infographic on the Order Page within Mobile Office.
How can I order samples?
Brand Partners can access the Sample Shop and the Samples and Stationery list in Mobile Office.
How Can I Make Money
As a Brand Partner, you can order products at a reduced price level and sell to customers at catalogue price. Furthermore, you can invite others to join Oriflame as well and build a team of people selling products, and thus earning additional income.
How Do I Get Started
As a new Brand Partner you will have a more experienced Brand Partner as a Sponsor, who will be coaching, guiding and assisting you. Your Sponsor will introduce you to Oriflame and help you with all the necessary information you need in the beginning, such as the Welcome Programme, Fast Start Programme and they will take you through the Launchpad onboarding tasks.
You can also choose to purchase a few recommended items to get you started, such as Catalogues, samples or demonstration products to show to others or try yourself to familiarise yourself with our product portfolio. Your Sponsor will go through this in more details with you.
How long does it take for my delivery to arrive?
Standard delivery on all orders is 5-7 working days
Where can I find information about the latest activity campaigns and incentives?
If you sign into Mobile Office and click on What's New, you will be able to see our latest activity campaigns and incentives.
How can I pay for my order?
The easiest way to pay is online, using your Credit/Debit or PayPal when you place your order. Alternatively, if you are a Brand Partner and have successfully applied for a credit facility you can pay within 14 days of ordering. Log into Mobile Office and click the Order tab and select Order History from the menu on the left. Here you will find your outstanding invoices. Simply click on the pay button to proceed to our payment page. You can pay for your invoice using your Credit/Debit Card or Paypal. You can also pay for your invoices via bank transfer, you can find these details on your invoice.
