Frequently asked questions
How can I return a product?
If you wish to return something from your order, please use our Online Claims Tool. Log into My Pages, click the Order tab and select Claims from the menu on the left. Select your invoice containing the item/s you wish to return lodge your return.
Alternatively you can contact Customer Care to assist you with returns.
How can I access My Pages?
Once you have registered and activated your account, you will be sent an email with your Consultant Number, Registered email address and Password.
Then, using that information, click on the 'Sign In' icon in the top right of the page. Fill in your log in details and you will be taken to My Pages
How can I order Oriflame products?
Our products are sold exclusively through a global network of independent Consultants. You can order products in two different ways:
Become a Consultant
Whether you only want to order products for yourself and your family or start selling our products to others, you can register to become a Consultant and get a discount on the catalogue prices.
Become a Customer
You can place your order through one of our many Consultants.
They will be able to give you advice, show product samples and answer your questions about our products and how to use them.
How can I order samples?
You can find our Samples List PDF under the 'Order' tab in My Pages, in the left side navigation menu.
Also we provide Demonstration products for the next catalogue period at a reduced price so you can show off the latest launches to help you sell. This PDF containing Demonstration Products and News is box dropped with your Orders, although you can alternatively download the PDF in the same location as the Samples List.
Your Manager will explain how to use these effectively to help sell new products.
Where can I find information on my Order History and Subscriptions?
In the Order Tab on My Pages, you will find links to your Order History, Subscriptions and Out of Stock products.
Your Order information is also conveniently summarised for you with the infographic on the Order Page within My Pages.
How long does it take for my delivery to arrive?
Standard delivery on all orders is 5-7 working days
How Can I Make Money
There are two ways of making money with Oriflame. As a Sales Consultant, you can order products at a reduced price level and sell to customers at catalogue price. Furthermore, you can invite others to join Oriflame as well and build a team of people selling products, and thus earning additional income.
How Can I Get Started
As a new Consultant you will have a more experienced Consultant as a coach, guiding and assisting you. Your coach will introduce you to Oriflame and help you with all the necessary information you need in the beginning.
You can also choose to purchase a few recommended items to get you started, such as Catalogues, samples or demonstration products to show to others or try yourself to familiarise yourself with our product portfolio. Your Consultant will go through this in more details with you.
Where can I find information about the latest activity campaigns and incentives?
If you sign into My Pages and click on the 'Network' Tab, you will be able to see our latest activity campaigns and incentives.
You can also find more information in the left side navigation menu within the Network tab
How can I pay for my order?
The easiest way to pay is online. Log into My Pages and click the Order tab and select Order History from the menu on the left. Here you will find your outstanding invoices. Simply click on the pay button to proceed to our payment page.
There is no charge for using debit cards.
Alternatively, you can contact Customer Care and pay over the phone.
