Healthy snack recipe: Banana protein pancakes

In need of a healthy snack? Try these delicious and easy-to-make pancakes full of healthy protein and fibre from our Wellness Natural Balance Shake, eggs, oats and banana. Yum!

You need:
• 1 large ripe banana
• 2 large eggs (or 4 egg whites if you want to reduce calorie and fat content)
• 2 servings NBS Vanilla or Chocolate
• 1 dl rolled oats

How to:
Step 1: Add all ingredients to the blender.

Step 2: Mix until smooth.

Step 3: Pour small amounts into a pan and fry on medium heat until golden on both sides. Repeat with all of the batter.

Step 4: Top with Greek yoghurt, berries and a small amount of honey or maple syrup.
