Ingredients
• 1 dl (18g) oatmeal
• ½ banana
• 3 tsp of Peanut Butter
• Honey (to your liking)
• 1 (18g) scoop of Chocolate Natural Balance Shake protein powder
• ½ tsp cinnamon
Instructions
1. Add oats to the blender
2. Pulse a few times until finely ground
3. Add the rest of the ingredients
4. Blend
